01 / THE FLOW

From “I’ll have…”
to “that was lovely.”

It starts with a scan.
It ends with a guest who wants to come back.
Here’s everything in between.

01

A little scan.

One QR on the table opens your menu. Your brand, your dishes, your prices. No app. No sign-up.

02

Their usual. Or something new.

Guests choose, customise, and send their order straight to your kitchen. Another round? Just a tap away.

03

More time for the good part.

Follow the order, split the bill, or ask your team for the check. The guest stays in the moment.

02 / THE GOOD THAT COMES WITH IT

Less friction.
More hospitality.

Technology should make a place feel more human. Queno handles the little things that get in the way.

let your team do
what they do best.

A calmer team. A smoother service.

Orders go straight to the kitchen, with every extra and special request. Less running back. More looking after guests.

Your menu. Always up to date.

The last of the oat milk goes, and every drink that needs it steps aside on its own. Guests only order what your kitchen can actually make.

Your whole floor. A clearer picture.

Keep an eye on open tables, incoming orders, and what’s available. The useful stuff, together in your dashboard.

03 / MADE TO FEEL AT HOME

Your place has a personality.
Your ordering should, too.

Same simple idea.
A flow that fits the way you serve.

FROM THE FIRST BITE TO THE LAST ROUND

Good service has a rhythm. Keep yours.

Let guests order when they’re ready, add something for the table, and split the bill without the back-and-forth. Your team gets more time to make them feel welcome.

04 / THE PRACTICAL BITS

The questions
everyone asks first.

Straight answers about how QR ordering works, what it costs, and what you need to run it.

What is Queno?

Queno is a QR code ordering system for restaurants, cafés, food courts and drive-thrus in Egypt. Guests scan a QR code at the table, browse your digital menu, and order and pay from their own phone. Orders arrive on your kitchen screen with every option and special request attached, so nothing gets lost between the table and the pass.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Queno opens in the phone’s web browser. A guest scans the QR code and your menu is there — nothing to install, no account to create, no sign-up before they can order.

How does QR code ordering work in a restaurant?

One QR code per table, counter or drive-thru lane. Scanning it opens your menu. The guest builds an order, customises it and sends it, and it lands on your kitchen display already tagged with where it came from. They can add another round, follow the order, split the bill, pay, or ask a member of your team for help when they’d rather talk to a person.

How much does Queno cost?

There is no monthly subscription. Queno charges a small flat fee on each completed order, and you choose whether your business absorbs that fee or shows it to the guest on the bill. A quiet week costs you nothing.

Does Queno work for cafés, food courts and drive-thrus, or only table service?

All of them. A dine-in table, a takeaway counter, a drive-thru lane and a food court pickup point are the same thing to Queno: a service point with its own QR code. Food courts get one venue QR that opens a directory of every participating restaurant, with prepaid pickup and group ordering across them.

Do I need new hardware, or a new POS?

No new hardware. Queno runs in a browser, so a phone, tablet or laptop you already own can be the kitchen display and the dashboard. Your existing tills and card machines carry on exactly as they are.

What happens when we run out of something?

Availability is worked out rather than typed in twice. Mark an option unavailable — the last of the oat milk, say — and any item that needs a choice from that group, with nothing left to choose, drops off the menu on its own. Guests only ever see what your kitchen can actually make.

Can guests split the bill?

Yes. A table shares one tab, and guests can split it evenly or pay only for what they ordered, without anyone doing arithmetic at the pass.

If I move or renumber a table, do I have to reprint the QR code?

No. The code carries an opaque token, never a table number or a name. Rename table six, move it to the terrace, or hand it to a different section, and the same sticker keeps working.

Which countries is Queno available in?

Queno is launching in Egypt, priced in Egyptian pounds and built around the way restaurants, cafés and food courts here actually run.
